Do the new iTouch apps come with the firmware upgrade? Where do you get them from? iTunes?

I believe they do not come with the new firmware upgrade. Otherwise Apple would have no way to charge people.

Instead I believe you have to download through iTunes after paying you can then download it.

I am referring on Itouch, I bought my itouch last month…I missed to have the new one…please tell me how can I have the application on my Itouch

I bought my itouch just right after its release. Why do I still need to pay $20 just to have those new applications on it? I mean, i really would like to have theme, but why should i still be charged. In fact, it was even more expensive buying one before than today. Is there other possible way that I can avail such features without spending much?

ya i just got the i-pod touch a month ago and i cant figure out how to put some free applications i got and now they are on the thing that says applications on itunes but i cant geet them on my i-pod.

You gotta update your firmware through itunes and then use the app store, you need a wireless internet connection.
